A: If you registered with Simon Says Stamp with your email address, it is easy!
Go to the Service, Account History page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
Ebay customers are asked to pay the S&H as is stated on your ebay item detail.

You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. If you are overseas and purchased an item, such as a machine, that is noted as *Oversize in our listing then you will be invoiced separately for the additional shipping and handling.

Simon Says Stamp uses USPS to ship all parcels worldwide. Simon Says Stamp is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or damaged by USPS once the parcel has left our warehouse. If you wish to purchase insurance, please choose the "with insurance" shipping option at checkout.
Store Return Policies
Simon Says STAMP offers the following Returns Policy:
We happily accept returns or exchanges on defective merchandise
and will reimburse you 100% of the item cost & shipping.
Due to high shipping costs and inventory management, there is a 20%
restocking & order processing fee for any other returns and cancellations.
The buyer is responsible for the shipping and return postage.
Please be certain of your selections before making payment.
The product returned must be new and unopened.
For all returns and exchanges, you must contact us within 7 days of order receipt.

If you wish to purchase insurance through USPS, please contact us and we will add it to your parcel. Standard USPS Insurance rates apply. All International orders are shipped via USPS airmail. Certain items in our store such as machines are marked as oversized and a surcharge is noted. You will be invoiced separately for the surcharge if you are outside of the USA for these select items. Each country's customs department reserves the right to inspect parcels and an inspection could delay the transit time of your order. In addition, we cannot guarantee that tracking information will be updated regularly on the USPS web site.
