Classic Glimmer Chalks Products will add a whole new dimension to your scrapbook and rubber stamp projects. One color will produce several effects, from a sparkle to a beautiful iridescent glimmer, depending on the color, type of paper and reflective lighting.
After applying leave set for an hour, then lighly burnish with applicator to bring out full Glimmer, Original Decorating Chalks can be used with Glimmer Chalks to bring out color intesity and add effect.
For best results use E-Z Chalk "Pudgy " Sponge Applicators.
