The HOLOGRAPHIC embossing powder shows up as "translucent with sparkle" when viewed at different angles when set (like when you view a holographic picture, and it changes when you see it from different angles).
Instructions: Use a well-inked stamp to print the design. Generously sprinkle powder on image before ink dries. Tap off excess powder and return to jar. Hold design under Heat It Craft Tool (sold separately in our store) until powder melts.
