Die-cut Shape is approximately: 3 11/16" x 3 3/4" (93mm x 95mm) Die-Versions are thin, chemically-etched metal dies, used to cut out letters and shapes from a variety of materials.
The white foam included with your dies is ejection foam. This foam is used so the paper does not get stuck within the cutting edges that make up your die. To apply this foam just peel the paper backing and place over the blades of the die. After the foam is attached run it through your cutting tool once without any paper so it attaches nicely to the die. You can also peel off excess foam if you wish. Just make sure every element of the die is properly covered.
Note: If your die has poke holes, the ejection foam is not needed and will not be included.
Our dies are designed to cut all kinds of papers from thin paper to heavier cardstock, vinyl, vellum, adhesive backed cardstock, and more. Removing the ejection foam will allow our dies to cut through foam, thin chipboard, cork, metallic paper, felt, and other thin materials.
Die-Versions are made in the USA from American Super Hardened Tool Steel. They are 100% lead free.
