Simon Says STAMP offers the following Returns Policy:
We happily accept returns or exchanges on defective merchandise.
Due to high shipping costs and inventory management, there is a 20%
restocking & order processing fee for all returns and cancellations.
Refunds are given in the form of store credit.
The buyer is responsible for the shipping and return postage.
Please be certain of your selections before making payment.
If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within
7 days of order receipt.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: If you registered with Simon Says Stamp with your email address, it is easy!
Go to the Service, Account History page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Ebay customers are asked to pay the S&H as is stated on your ebay item detail.

Simon Says Stamp uses USPS to ship all parcels worldwide. Simon Says Stamp is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or damaged by USPS once the parcel has left our warehouse. If you wish to purchase insurance, please choose the "with insurance" shipping option at checkout.
You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. If one of your items is oversize and a surcharge is noted, you will be invoiced separately.
