The overwhelming majority of our in stock orders ship within 2 business days and oftentimes in stock orders are shipped within 1 business day. During peak periods, we strive to ship all instock orders within 3-5 business days. If you have ordered a preorder item, the order will be held until that item arrives to ship complete. Preorder items have an estimated arrival date in their listing details.
Certain items in our store such as machines are marked as oversized and an international surcharge is noted. Each country's customs department reserves the right to inspect parcels and an inspection could delay the transit time of your order.
