Simon Says Stamp offers the following Returns Policy:

We happily accept returns or exchanges on defective merchandise and will reimburse you 100% of the item cost & shipping. The product returned must be new and unopened. For all order discrepancies, as well as returns and exchanges, you must contact us within 30 days of order receipt. Simon Says Stamp ships worldwide. Simon Says Stamp is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or damaged once the parcel has left our warehouse.

Certain items in our store such as machines are marked as oversized and an international surcharge is noted. Each country's customs department reserves the right to inspect parcels and an inspection could delay the transit time of your order. In addition, we cannot guarantee that tracking information will be updated regularly on the USPS web site.

1. DESCRIPTION: The “Simon Says Stamp 20 Years of Distress 2024 Giveaway" ("Giveaway") begins on January 12, 2024, at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") and ends on December 31, 2024, at 11:59:59 p.m. EST. Simon Says Stamp (“Simon”) reserves the right to cancel this contest at any time.

2. HOW TO ENTER: Post project(s) you make with Tim Holtz Distress products on Instagram along with the hashtag “#SSS20YearsOfDistress”

In an effort to preserve the integrity and standards of the Giveaway, Simon may request additional information from the Winner after the drawing.

3. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. There is no limit on the number of entries that may be submitted.

4. SELECTION OF WINNER(S). The Giveaway Winners will be randomly generated and will not be skill-based.

5. PRIZE(S): The Giveaway Winner will win the following:

- One Simon Says Stamp gift card in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). This gift card can only be redeemed at simonsaysstamp.com.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND SUBSEQUENT PROCEDURE. The Giveaway Winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within five (5) business days of the randomly generated selection. The Giveaway Winner will be required to respond to the notification within three (3) business days (or a shorter time if required by exigencies) of first attempted notification. The failure to timely respond to the notification may result in forfeiture of the Prize, at which time, Simon may randomly select an alternate Giveaway Winner from the remaining eligible entries.

ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES, AND ANY OTHER COSTS AND EXPENSES, ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF THE GRAND PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited by law, Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state of Ohio without regard its conflict of laws principles with venue in Franklin County, Ohio, and all claims must be resolved in the courts of Ohio; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Giveaway, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) unless otherwise prohibited, under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
