"Hi,I dont know how to contact Tim, so I thought I'd try this.On the whole I have been very happy with his Distressed Ink and Distressed Oxide Ink. I have boughton lots.I bought Distressed Oxide Shaded Lilac Ink. I guess I didn't look at it carefully. Tonight when I took the outside cover off, I had ink all over my hands and clothes. Thank goodness it came out. Some how it was shipped with water inside with the ink. Please make sure this doesn't happen again. They need to check this product before it is shipped. I don't know how this happened. I know this isn't the normal way you package your inks, but I thought you should know what happened. Sincerely Charlene Frietchen"
