Beautiful stamps
"These are beautiful stamps, however for the life of me... I made a Halloween Junk Journal, and I couldn't get a clear crisp print of the skeleton head at all. Even using the Tim Holtz stamping platform. I used a brand new ink pad Ranger Archival Ink. I even reinked the ink pad with the Reinker. I have never had this problem before with Tim Holtz and Stampers Annonomous stamps. Now the other two stamps had a clear crisp print. But the skeleton head, that's a different story. After using the Tim Holtz stamping platform maybe 12 times. I then used a stamp block, several times on different papers. That still didn't work either. So I'm not sure, how others are able to get a clear crisp image. I couldn't even get half an image stamped. The only thing you could make out, is the teeth but that's it. This photo is restamping it after 12 times. You can't make anything out at all. It's so disappointing to say the very least!"
Gorgeous Stamps
"I plan on making a Halloween Junk Journal. So I purchased this stamp along with several other's. I will tell you the images of these stamps are clear and crisp! Using a good ink pad will really make the images pop. I've been adding to my collection of the Tim Holtz and Stampers Annonomous stamps. They're all great, I've never had any issues with his stamps. I will be using these stamps when creating Junk Journals, ephemera, scrapbook layouts, cards, traveler's notebooks and fabric. These stamps always give me a clear crisp image, when stamping on fabric. I'm grateful for Simon Says Stamps, whatever I'm looking for, it's almost always in stock."
