"I usually use modeling paste but decided to give this a try. Since the distress paste is thinner than modeling paste I wasn’t sure how well it would cover. After using it with stencils I will never go back to modeling paste. The distress paste went on smoothly, covered completely and dried quickly."

Light texture past which is perfect for stencils

"The Distress Texture Paste Opaque is perfect to use on detailed stencils. It is lightweight and applies nicely with a palette knife. It air dries fairly quickly but I normally let my pieces dry overnight. This adds a nice texture to cardstock and it can be embossed once dry with embossing powders and glazes that are applied while the texture paste is still wet. It is very versatile for mixed media projects."
