Q: How do I opt out of a particular month if I am a subscriber?
A: Login to your account at SimonSaysStamp.com and choose Manage Subscription. There you will see your Monthly Subscription and a Skip button that you can click to skip the upcoming kit. You must opt out by no later than the 15th of the month by 11 PM ET to opt out and avoid automatic billing.
Q: Can I add other items to my cart to ship with my subscription?
A: Yes! Login to your account at SimonSaysStamp.com and choose Manage Subscription. Below your next subscription to be sent you will see a box that has a header of 'Add Additional Products To Your Upcoming Order'. If you click or tap the 'Browse all Products' button you can then type the name, sku, or description of what you are looking for in the 'search products' box and add what you would like to your cart! *NEW*! Now existing subscribers have a chance for their kit to ship FREE in USA each month! In order to qualify for free shipping, the subscriber will need to add items to their cart as instructed above to the subtotal of $100 or more and a $7.99 discount from their total. All international orders who fulfill the above required minimum will receive a $7.99 discount from their total.
