The Cosmic Shimmer Dove Grey Tinting Powder is a crafting product designed by Francoise Read that adds a soft and subtle grey hue to projects without overpowering the existing colors. This tinting powder can be applied to any size area using a stamping medium and activated with a heat embossing tool. The powder is very fine and will give a dimensional layer to projects.
