Cosmic Shimmer Fluffy Stuff will add fluffy dimension to your cards and crafting projects. It works well on a variety of surfaces. Can be used for all types of projects and ideal for Christmas for making that snow effect, which finishes your projects perfectly! To use, write or create the image you want. Heat gently with your heat gun keeping it moving at all times. Your Fluffy Stuff image will slowly bubble and expand to create a lovely fluffy finish. Bottle is approximately 30ml.

Please Note that most of the Cosmic Shimmer product is water-based and therefore could be affected by colder temperatures. This includes time in transit. Take this into consideration when placing your order in colder months.

Excellent Customer Service

"My first bottle arrived broken. Something very heavy had obviously been on it in transit by the way the plastic bottle was split. Thankfully, it had been packed in a plastic bag, so it didn't leak on my other products. I contacted SSS customer service & they had a new one sent right away. This "stuff" is so much fun for projects. It get fluffy when it's heated with a heat tool. Great for winter cards. Next, I'm going to try it with a stencil. Thanks SSS customer service!"
