Lisa Horton Crafts Cloud 9 Black Dye Reinker is a premium dye-based Matt Blending ink. It coordinates with the Solid Black ink pad (sold separately) and can be used to reink the pad when it starts to dry out. This ink is fast-drying, dye-based, and permanent, making it versatile for various crafting techniques. Additionally, it can be used on its own for water-based techniques. The reinker bottle contains 18 ml of product.
