The Penny Black Refinement Stick and Shine Sheets consist of 2 sheets each, measuring 4.75 x 6 inches.
Two sheets of detailed fine swirls and flourishes to decorate your projects.
Instructions:
1. Peel Stick and Shine from the backing sheet
2. Press onto smooth cardstock, sticky side to paper
3. Rub gently to transfer sticker to paper
4. Place foil, shiny side up, onto the stick and shine design
5. Rub foil gently to transfer
