"I'll be honest, I mainly got this embossing folder because it totally reminds me of the frosting swirls on Hostess cupcakes! For that reason, I think it would be a perfect backdrop for any cake images. But even just as a subtle background, it's absolutely gorgeous, especially (for me) on lighter color cardstock. Although I make A2 cards exclusively, I appreciate that Spellbinders is catering to all cardmakers with the larger size. For those like me who stick to one card size, I would recommend using a Sharpie and T-ruler to draw a set of vertical/horizontal guide lines on the back of the folder to help you position your paper exactly where you want it (and to avoid your design being embossed crooked, which I do way too often!). Best part is that the Sharpie will easily remove with alcohol so it's not permanent if you change your mind."
