This embossing folder creates a veritable winter wonderland! The folder also comes with a coordinating die to allow you to cut out the large snowflake image and then emboss it, too! Our embossing folders are detailed and ultra thick, creating deeply etched designs for a truly dimensional effect. They can also be used with inks for a letterpress look. Embossing folders measure 4.5 x 6.5 inches, fitting A2 sized cards and slightly larger. For best results using our embossing folders, try the following sandwich recipes: 1) Sizzix Big Shot machine: base plate number 1, 1 cutting plate, embossing folder. 2) Gemini or Gemini Junior machines: 1 cutting plate, magnetic shim, embossing folder. Alternatively, some users have found they got deeper impressions from using the following recipe with the Gemini machines: 1 cutting plate, 4 sheets of 80 lb cardstock (cut to at least 4.5 x 6.5 inches and stacked together), embossing folder.
