Usage Instructions:
One should trim the paper width to 1.50 in./38 mm, 2.00 in./51 mm, or 2.50 in./63.5 mm, then trim the paper to any desired length. After this, insert the cut paper at the corresponding width alignment guide and punch banners as desired.
Caution:
This tool is not suitable for children under 3 years old due to small parts and sharp edges, which could present a choking or dangerous hazard.
