Superior Smooth Cardstock which are then passed through a laminator with WOW! Fab Foil. To use them simply place the foil on the image and run it through a laminator in a foiling pouch. Once through, peel the foil back to reveal a stunning shiny design ready to add to a project or make an embellishment.
