Dylusions Dyamond Rocks in London Blue are ultra-thick embossing powders designed for layered effects. They add a hint of color, texture, and dimension to art journaling, mixed media art, and paper crafting. Use with Dyamond Dust, Boards, Mediums, and more. To use: First, spread Dyamond Medium on Dyamond Boards. Sprinkle a layer of Rocks, tap off the excess, and heat to melt. Repeat until desired thickness is reached.
